We are currently recruiting for Receptionist for our key client in South of UK.

Our client, a chain of popular hotels, offers accommodation up to 160 people, and host an on-site restaurant serving English, Far Eastern or Continental cuisine. They are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their exciting team.

The Hotel Receptionist is reponssible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests, in line with the Hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;

  • Responding courteously to guests individual needs
  • Play a vital part in the general running of the Reception Desk
  • Help maintain a smooth and efficient bookings service(A full job description can be discussed at interview)

We require somebody with a warm and welcoming approach, and excellent attention to detail.

High standards of dress and presentation are important, and you must have excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to work unsupervised.
